For bulk and corporate orders we support payments using Purchase Order. Please select and B2B sales in payment mode and specify the same in your order details, our team will contact you as soon as possible to facilitate the payments.

Refund Policy

Returns and Refunds

Conditions for Returns

  • Items must be in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging.
  • Custom or personalized items may not be eligible for returns.
  • Proof of functioning of product is must in the case of 3d printers is malfunctioning , with a video
  • Return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 1 business day. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Exchanges

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we will arrange for an exchange at no additional cost to you.

Cancellations
